Please note: The club may open outside the hours listed below to coincide with certain events taking place in the club or on the RDS campus. The club is also open for Rugby Hospitality before all Leinster Rugby matches taking place in Dublin, and for all Irish rugby international home games. Opening hours will also differ during the Dublin Horse Show.

The RDS Members' Club has three meeting rooms available exclusively for the use of its Members, equipped with the latest in audio-visual and remote conferencing technology. RDS Members receive three complimentary meeting room booking slots per year as part of their Membership. Also available for hire within the Members' Club are the elegant Members' Conference Room and the showstopping Members' Dining Room, each of which can be set up to accommodate Members' needs. If you are a Member and wish to book a space in the club, simply log into our Members' Portal and submit a booking request. Other spaces available for hire include the President's Room, the Merrion Room, and the Minerva Suite. RDS Members can avail of an exclusive Members' discount when hiring these spaces and other venues on the RDS campus through our Sales team.
