Update Corporate Member Nominee

If you are a Corporate Member of the RDS, and wish to update the individuals nominated to your Corporate Membership, please fill out the form below. If you wish to update multiple nominated individuals on your Corporate Membership, please submit a form for each individual.

Each submitted nominee update will be reviewed by the RDS Trustee Council. On approval, the specified existing nominees will be removed from your Corporate Membership, and a welcome pack will be dispatched to any new nominees.
